23rd June 2004
Windsurfing: Oistins, Barbados
Wind Direction: Cross-shore
Wind Stength: F3-5
Surf / Sea State: Small waves
Air Temperature: 29
Sea Temperature: 24
Weather: Hazy
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Gusty wind all day and no rain. Took out a 105 l Screamer and 6.2 m Duke. Duke seemed to lack power. Tried more gybes today. Gusts powerful but short, so bearing away for gybes felt overpowered over the chop or lacked wind in the lulls. Tacking was useful for staying upwind in the lulls, but tricky on the swell.

Again, not a perfect session but good to be out in the brighter conditions.
